Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a master's degree in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the Universidad de Los Andes. He completed a Negotiation and Conflict Resolution course at Harvard University. She has served as Advisor to the Legal Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and to various public and private sector entities, in matters related to administrative law, state contracting, urban and environmental law.
