​Lawyer from Santo Tomás University; Specialist in Criminal and Forensic Sciences from the Externado de Colombia University; postgraduate studies at the University of Salamanca.
Extensive experience in teaching as a professor of the accusatory penal system. During the period from 1989 to 1994 he served as National Director of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), Secretary of the National Council of Judicial Police, National Director of Prosecutors. Also, as Delegate Prosecutor before the Supreme Court of Justice in 2005. He has more than 30 years of work experience in the field of criminal law. He currently works as a trial attorney and founding partner of this firm. He is also a teacher and Director of the "José Vicente Concha" Institute of Criminalistics at the Sergio Arboleda University.
